In advertising, you'll take a walk through the :advertising business" and learn to create advertisements with style. In Entrepreneurship, you'll learn to plan, design, and start a profitable business idea to preparation of the business plan. Membership in DECA is strongly recommended. *7810 Marketing Dynamics Cooperative Education I - 3 Credits "Innovate or perish!" That's what businesses encounter every day in constantly changing markets. In Marketing Dynamics, students examine risks and challenges marketers face to maintain their competitive edge. Marketing Dynamics focuses on the study of marketing concepts and principles and their practical applications. Application and cooperative agreement must be completed and approved by the marketing teacher. Membership in DECA is strongly recommended. Students may earn 6 college credits for this course. *7815 Marketing Management Cooperative Education II - 3 Credits In Marketing Management II, students find that to be a successful marketing manager, they must look for the good in their employees and help them be all that they can be. Marketing Management emphasizes the development of decision-making skills so that students understand the impact of management-oriented challenges. Involvement in a marketing research project is a recommended activity. Application and cooperative agreement must be completed and approved by the marketing teacher. Membership in DECA is strongly recommended. Students may earn 6 college credits for this course. *7820 Marketing Education Independent Study - 1/2 to 1 Credit This course is a project-based learning experience developed by a student or group of students, and an interdisciplinary mentor team. The project provides opportunities for an in-depth study of at least one aspect of the marketing field. The student or group demonstrates the development and presentation of a project. This activity meets one of the Distinguished Achievement Program measures. |
