To Register bring: Completed Enrollment Packet, Parent ID, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Transcript from prior school, Immunization Record, Proof of Residence (electric, water or phone bill)

To Request a Transcript: Registrars need your name, date of birth, year of graduation, University name and address including state and zip, and school ID number (if you remember)
