Hall of Fame Information and Application

In the history of Lewisville High School, many outstanding young people have earned diplomas and have left the halls of the school to become successful, outstanding men and women who have made a name for themselves, brought honor to the high school, and served their community, their country, and their fellow men with dignity and honor.

We want our students to be able to see examples of quality education, and involvement in school activities while in high school. Thus, the development of the Lewisville High School Hall of Fame.

A committee composed of teachers from Lewisville High School and citizens of the Lewisville Community will be responsible for selecting and inducting Lewisville High School graduates into the Hall of Fame.

The criteria considered in the nomination and selection into the Hall of Fame are:

  1. Graduate of Lewisville High School. (This is a must.)
  2. Service to the Community.
  3. Service to our Country.
  4. Contributions to society and to mankind.
  5. Achievements in their chosen field.
  6. Personal accomplishments.
  7. A role model for youth.

A nominee does not have to meet all of the criteria, but should be exceptional in the criteria met.

Anyone can nominate a candidate for consideration into the Hall of Fame. Formal nomination forms are available in the school office or you may download one from the LHS website, lhs.lisd.net. A nomination form will be mailed to anyone who requests a form. Please, contact the Main Office at Lewisville High School (469)713-5190

Every year nomination forms go out two months before the Homecoming Game and are due back within one month before Homecoming.
