T.E.A. Forms (for Drivers Licenses and Driver Ed Courses)

State Law states that students must be in compliance with the state attendance laws to be able to receive a drivers license. Therefore, you will need a T.E.A form indicating your enrollment in school before you apply for a drivers license. Attendance records must be checked before we can issue this form. In most instances we will need at least one working day to do this. Please sign up for T.E.A. forms in the office at least one day in advance. This form is connected with good attendance and the 90% attendance rule.
