NCTC Trio Program

Are you interested in learning more about college? Do you need help finding scholarships and financial aid? Needing assistance with completing your college applications? Then look no further than NCTC TRIO Talent Search! 

 

NCTC TRIO Talent Search is a FREE program that seeks to identify students who are motivated and have the academic potential to continue their education at the college level. The program provides information and services to assist students in preparing for the college that best fits their needs and interests.

 

We provide the following services to all TRIO Talent Search students:

• Academic Advisement
• College Awareness
• Career Exploration
• Financial Aid Assistance
• Financial Literacy
• Scholarship Information & Assistance
• College Application Assistance
• SAT/ACT/TSIA2 Prep and Registration
• College & Career Field Trips

To join the NCTC TRIO Talent Search program, students must:

• Be a current Lewisville HS student
• Be US Citizens -or- Permanent Residents
• Meet one or any combination of the following:
  • First Generation (neither parent has a Bachelor’s degree)
  • Meet federal income guidelines
  • Other documented needs
